Currently we have a high capacity of prints per day. Any order you place with us will get shipped next day with UPS shipping. You should receive them within 2-3 days. If you need it sooner you can choose the faster methods at checkout.

Since we ship so fast, you need to send us your images ready to print. Here are the guidelines for your PNG files.

* Please send artwork ready to print in the size you want it to be printed. We will not be resizing any images. Please double check your image sizes.

* Color Mode: CMYK
*. Resolution: 300 DPI
*. File types to send: PNG (Must have Transparent Background. Otherwise, background will be completely printed)
* Please upload files using or Gang sheet Builder

Please note: we are not responsible for low quality artwork/resolution. Please make sure all your artwork is 300 DPI and in the highest possible quality because we will print your PNG documents exactly the way you send them to us.

Heat Press Instructions:
• Set Heat Press at 310-320 f - Firm pressure (Important!)
• Press for 15 SECONDS - COLD PEEL
• Re-press for 5 Secs with Teflon sheet or parchment paper for ultimate soft feel
• Please use a heat press with a pressure setting. House iron will not work as these transfers require a higher and even pressure setting.
